Incan Quinua Grain Revived

This millenniums-old food crop is undergoing expansion in agricultural research and commercial production. It is considered "a perfect food" due to its high protein and nutritional content, and has a reputation as a healing agent, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and disinfectant.
